Services

TIG Cleaning & Maintenance provides professional cleaning, garden maintenance, lawn care, tree felling, irrigation, paving and property maintenance services throughout Gauteng, South Africa.

Quotations

All quotations provided are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices may vary based on the actual scope of work assessed during an on-site visit.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept EFT, card payments, cash and Snapscan. Contract clients receive monthly invoices with 30-day payment terms.

Cancellation

Cancellation of scheduled services requires at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations may incur a call-out fee at our discretion.

Liability

TIG Cleaning & Maintenance carries comprehensive liability insurance. Any claims for damage must be reported within 48 hours of the service being performed.
